Call Transcript Service

This policy is an explanation of what information is collected, why, and how we use it for our IAP services.

Information we collect: The information we collect is directly provided by our users when they use the service. This information includes the identifier of the Odoo IAP account making the request, as well as the call recording file that is used to get the transcription.

How we use this information: This call recording is processed by the software service that is run on our server. After the processing is done call recording file is deleted and the transcription is sent back to customer's Odoo instance. Nothing is stored permanently on our server.

Accessing, Updating or Deleting Your Personal Information:  As we don't store any information that is received from the customer's Odoo instance there is nothing to be accessed, updated or deleted.

Third Party Service Providers

Data Retention: The requests and response contents are not stored on our servers.

Transfer of Data: The data is processed on our servers which are located in UK, and then removed from there immediately after the operation is done.
